We’re an independent ensemble theatre company.

We make theatre together and we run our company together. We work on trains and over Zoom and in theatres.

 

Over the last 13 years we’ve grown in so many ways. With a tiny budget, a set of nine Ikea lamps and a whole lot of passion, we took our first show to a tiny room in Edinburgh. Now, we’re touring professionally to some of the best venues across the country. Yet our ambition has remained the same: to tell thrilling, accessible and challenging new stories that address the contemporary moment and to connect with new audiences of all ages. After over a decade, our passion is still as strong as ever.

 

In order to continue, we need support from the people that love our work and share our ambition and vision. We’re not a National Portfolio Organisation, meaning we receive no regular public funding. The Arts Council project grants system is oversaturated, with more companies bidding for less money than ever before.
